Customer Service Center Hours Reduced
Starting May 20, 2013, Unemployment Insurance customer service center hours were reduced to 8 a.m. – 12 noon due to a federal funding shortfall. The EDD urges our customers to use self-service options whenever possible, such as:
- eApply4UI: Apply or re-open your claim online.
- EDD Web-CertSM: Certify for benefits online.
- EDD Tele-CertSM: Certify for benefits over the phone.
- UI FAQs: Find answers to commonly asked questions.
- Ask EDD: Find information about EDD programs and submit questions about your claim online.
