Disability Insurance Automation (DIA) is an online application that will be available in summer 2012 to Claimants, Employers, Medical Providers, and Voluntary Plans for submission of Disability Insurance (DI) and Paid Family Leave (PFL) claims information. DIA will significantly improve delivery of DI Branch services by focusing on three primary business goals:
1) Improve Access to Services
2) Improve Service Delivery to Customers, and
3) Detect and Prevent Fraud and Abuse.
