I. DISQUALIFICATION

A. Fighting on Company Time/Premises

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) for fighting on the job. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

B. Abusive Language

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you spoke to a co-worker in an abusive or a profane manner. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

C. Threatening a Co-worker

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you threatened a co-worker. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

D. Annoyance of Co-workers

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because of actions which annoyed your co-workers. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

E. Uncooperative Attitude

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) for not cooperating with fellow workers. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

F. Relations With Customers
