UI Online Payment Information
The UI OnlineSM home page displays information about your last payment issued and your claim balance. Log in to Benefit Programs Online and access UI Online for payment information.
Note: To view more payments than the most recent payment paid, UI Online MobileSM will redirect you to the UI Online full site which changes the screen display on your mobile device.
On the Payment Activity page (example image below), you will have access to the following information:
- Payment Issue Date
- Payment Issued (amount of payment)
- Payment Status
- When the Details link displays under View, select it to access the Transaction Details page.
To access the Payment Activity, you can select Payment Activity at the top of the page, or select View Payment Activity in the Claim Summary section on the UI Online home page.
To view transaction details and a breakdown of how your payment was calculated, select Details for the desired week. Detailed payment information becomes available when the Payment Status displays Paid. The Details link does not display under View if the Payment Status does not display Paid for a specific week. A week may not be Paid due to excessive earnings, a disqualification, or another eligibility issue.
Example of the Payment Activity page:
The Transaction Details page (example image below) provides the following information:
- Payment details for a paid week.
- Certification information you previously submitted for that week.
- Transaction details, such as additions, deductions, tax withholdings, etc. for the week.
To view the certification you submitted for the desired week, select the Certification link located under the View column next to Details. The certification link will not display if the certification type for the week was Work Sharing, Partials or CTB.
