This training presentation focuses on how staff (EDD and partner staff) can properly assist veterans at the local America’s Job Centers of CaliforniaSM (AJCC) through the roles of Veterans’ Services Navigator (VSN) and the use of the Veterans’ Intake Form (VIF). The training reviews VSN history, staff’s roles and responsibilities, eligibility criteria, and steps to complete the VIF. In addition, the training explains how to enter VSN codes and case notes in the CalJOBSSM system.
