Profiling and CalJOBSSM Registration

  1. Did the claimant attend the IAW? If not, what was the reason?
  2. Did the claimant receive the Appointment Notice for the IAW?
  3. Did the claimant complete the Reemployment Plan?
  4. If the claimant did not complete the Reemployment Plan, what was the reason?
  5. Did the claimant attend the reemployment service(s) he or she were scheduled to attend?
  6. Was the claimant given a copy of the Reemployment Plan? (The plan is the appointment notice for subsequent services. If it was not issued, the claimant has not been properly notified of the next appointment.)
  7. If the claimant did not attend, what was the reason?
  8. If the claimant missed a portion of the reemployment workshop, was the absence significant and what reason did the claimant give for the absence?
  9. If the claimant states that he or she had similar services, were these services a reasonable substitute for reemployment services (use the Similar Reemployment Service Guide Card)?
  10. Does the claimant have an A or AB seek work plan?
  11. Did the claimant receive the notice with instructions to register in CalJOBSSM?
  12. Did the claimant complete or update a resume on CalJOBSSM? If not, what was the reason?
  13. Did the claimant attend the Personal Resume/Job Search Assistance appointment at the local Job Service site and complete or update a resume on CalJOBSSM? If not, what was the reason?
  14. Does the claimant’s reason for failing to register in CalJOBSSM raise a potential availability issue?
