Health or Physical Condition

  1. What is the claimant’s health or physical condition that resulted in the discharge from the job? (If the discharge was not directly related to the claimant’s health or physical condition, refer to appropriate BDG section.)
  2. Did the employer have any other kind of work the claimant could have performed in lieu of being discharged? If so, was the work offered to the claimant? (Note: If the employer offered the claimant other work which he/she refused, the issue is VQ not MC.)
