Neglect of Duty

I. DISQUALIFICATION

A. Not Performing Job Duties

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you were not performing the duties of your job as required. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

B. Concealment of Neglect

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you did not perform your job duties as required. You also tried to hide this fact from the employer. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

C. Sleeping on Duty

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because of sleeping during working hours. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

D. Ceasing Work or Leaving Early

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you stopped or left work without permission. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

E. Brief Cessation of Work

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because you continued to leave your work for periods of time without permission. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

F. Wasting Production Time

You were discharged from your last job with (Employer Name) because of wasting production time. After considering the available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.
