WIA Q&A --  Overview

The WIA Questions and Answers (Q&A) section provides a method to submit questions and view answers to frequently asked questions about the Workforce Investment Act.

The Q&As are grouped by major categories and are listed in reverse numerical order. If a Q&A becomes invalid, it will be deleted, resulting in an interrupted numerical list. If applicable, a replacement Q&A will be issued under a new number.

The Workforce Services Division (WID) will send an e-mail reply to customers within five working days of receipt of the original question. Customers who do not have an e-mail address will be contacted by telephone. In addition, the WID will post Q&As by category on a monthly basis.
