I. DISQUALIFICATION

B. Transportation Problem Temporary

You quit your last employment with (employer name) because you had a temporary loss of transportation. You did not explore all reasonable solutions before you quit. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

C. Commute Time Not Excessive

You quit your last employment with (employer name) because you believed you had to spend too much time to reach work. The commute was customary for the area. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

D. Cost of Transportation Not Excessive

You quit your last employment with (employer name) because you believed the transportation costs were too high in relation to your wages. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

E. Impractical to Commute - Noncompelling Reason

You quit your last employment with (employer name) because you moved some distance away from the job. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

F. Compelling Reasons for Move, But Did Not Request Transfer

You quit your last employment with (employer name) when you moved, but you did not ask for a transfer. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

G. Relocation

You quit your last job with (employer name) to move. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

H. Relocation During Trade Dispute, Within Usual and Customary Commute Area

You quit your last employment with (employer name) when you did not return to work at the end of a strike. You were still living within the normal commute distance. After considering available information, the Department finds that you do not meet the legal requirements for payment of benefits.

II. ELIGIBLE

AA. All Reasonable Transportation Alternatives Exhausted

The claimant quit your employment because of a lack of transportation. There is no adequate public transportation available and the claimant had exhausted all alternatives before quitting. Available information shows that the claimant had good cause for leaving work.

BB. Commute Time Excessive

The claimant quit your employment because of the commute time required. Available information shows that the claimant had good cause for leaving work.

CC. Moved - No Transfer Available

The claimant quit your employment to move. He/she could not have transferred to a job site nearer to the new home. Available information shows that the claimant had good cause for leaving work.

DD. Deleted

EE. Transportation Costs Too High

The claimant quit your employment because the transportation costs were too high. Available information shows the claimant had good cause for leaving work.

FF. Employer Relocates Business

The claimant quit your employment when the business was moved outside his/her regular commute distance. The cost to commute to the new work site was unreasonable. Available information shows that the claimant had good cause for leaving work.
