Suitable Work SW 360 - Fact Finding Guide
- Was the job the claimant was referred to or offered, considered suitable employment?
- Did the claimant refuse the offer or referral for reasons which constitute good cause? Do those reasons raise a question of availability?
- Was there any reasonable alternative to attending to the personal matters at that particular time? If so, did the claimant attempt to postpone the personal affairs?
- If it was impossible to reschedule the personal affairs, did the claimant contact the employer and attempt to postpone the interview or the starting date of the job?
