Customer Service Surveys Home

At the Employment Development Department (EDD), we help prepare adults, youth, and dislocated workers for successful participation in the workforce by providing them with tools and resources to assist in their job search, career exploration, and training needs. These tools and resources include:

  • CalJOBSSM, California’s online resource to help job seekers search for jobs, build résumés, and get information on education and training programs.
  • America’s Job Center of CaliforniaSM (AJCC), located throughout California, which provides job seekers with job search assistance, education and training program information, and other employment-related services.

For more information on our services for California’s job seekers, visit Job Seeker Information.
