Use UI OnlineSM to get detailed payment information. You can also certify for benefits, update your contact information, view all appointments, reschedule phone interviews, and more.

The UI Self-Service Phone Line, Payment Information option, provides the date your last payment was issued, the amount of the payment, the period ending date that the payment covered, and the remaining balance on your claim. The UI Self-Service Phone Line is: 1-866-333-4606.

Allow up to 10 days for your UI benefit payment to be processed and received.
