Workforce services, like recruiting and screening of job applicants, employee training, and organization of job fairs, and workshops are available to California employers at no cost.

We also provide labor-market statistics, fidelity bonding, and tax credit incentives.

Programs and Resources for Employers

Learn how to hire qualified veterans. Find local training options and determine if you are eligible for tax credit incentives for hiring qualified veterans.

The Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker (MSFW) Outreach Program provides a full range of employment services to agricultural employers and migrant, seasonal, or migrant food-processing workers.

Learn more about the program services offered to MSFWs and how we help farmworkers who otherwise would not have access to services through the normal process within the AJCC network.

Employers may, under certain circumstances, bring foreign workers into the United States for permanent or temporary employment. Approval from several government entities is required. However, certain aspects of the approval process are coordinated by us.

Layoff requirements are directed by the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN). There are also layoff alternatives and a Work Sharing program for employers to consider.
